Five tons of plate weights, dozens of kettlebells, TRXs, punching bags, two boxing rings, and over 25,000 square feet of workout space between our two campuses. We have a full line of equipment at each of our locations. Complete with squat racks, power racks, Cybex equipment, tons of dumbbells, plate weights, kettlebells, and more. We are not your standard gym with line after line of equipment. We go for quality and variety over quantity. Want to use a TRX? We got you. Want to throw a medicine ball at the wall? Come on.

We are a family owned and operated gym located in Kernersville and High Point NC. As such, we are all about community. We have fun when we work out. We encourage one another and support our gym friends in their goals. Our music is upbeat but clean, our grunts are appropriately aggressive but not intimidating.
