High Point Fitness Classes will never be the same!  If you are looking for a fast-paced, high-intensity workout you need to call today.  Our registration specials are unprecedented for services of this nature.  You get unlimited fitness classes using equipment like kettle bells, TRX trainer, heavy bags, body weight training, medicine balls, free weights, and so much more!  Each class is lead by a certified professional instructor in our top of the line 5,000 square foot facility.

Who Can Take Them?

Our High Point Fitness Classes are designed to be modified based on the person taking the class not a set fitness level. It doesn’t matter if you are a professional athlete or just getting back after a long layoff we can help.

Our Teachers.

Kevin Tufte, Jennifer Suddeth, and Brock Yager are the primary fitness instructors for Edge Fitness and keep you on your toes with new and exciting workouts every class.

What To Bring.

Bring your gloves, water bottle, and towel to make sure you are prepared for anything they throw at you!

Don’t forget we have showers if you need them.
