High Point Martial Arts Classes
At Edge Combat arts we strive to bring you the very best martial arts classes possible! Taught by quality instructors with both amateur and profession combat experience Edge brings you a unique look into the world of martial arts.
We currently hold classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm.
Our group of students is made up of both recreational and competitive students. The classes are safe, fun, teach a great life skill and give you an amazing workout.
About head Instructor Josh Tufte
At Edge Combat Arts we are able to give you a unique experience in High Point martial arts training. Head instructor and founder of the Edge Combat Arts program, Josh Tufte, is able to combine more than 20 years of martial arts experience in various styles. Josh has a solid amateur boxing and kickboxing record, as well as a professional boxing career unparalleled in North Carolina.
Styles such as Krav Maga, Karate, Russian Combat Sambo, BJJ, American Kickboxing, F.A.S.T. Defense and more take on a different light when combined with Josh having over 70 amateur and professional fights. Josh holds a 3rd degree Joe Lewis Black Belt, a Black Belt in Krav Maga under Moshe Katz, a F.A.S.T. Defense certification, and a 6th degree Black Belt in the American Martial Arts System. This allows us to boast one of the best, well-rounded combat art programs in the world!

Our striking classes are a unique blend of Boxing and Kickboxing skills few in the area know as well as head instructor Josh Tufte. Our striking program isn’t just for fighters though, we offer a great atmosphere and family friendly environment for everyone. Our unique classes blend together high-level training, safety, fitness, and fun!
