Looking for a great way to get in shape fast with a personal training feel, but not the price tag? Our Small Group Personal Training at Edge Fitness in High Point NC is the perfect solution for you. All the benefits of personal training like personal workouts, accountability, motivation and more in a small group setting. You along with 4 other members will have two small group personal training sessions a week, access to unlimited fitness classes, pre-written at home & on the go workouts, complete meal plan and more.

Currently, we have Small Group Training Sessions four days a week.

Monday and Wednesday mornings at 7:30 am

Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:00 am

What Results Can I Get?

Our Process is simple and proven to work. Follow the plan, do your workouts and you will get amazing results. Average weight loss is upwards of 2-3 pounds a week!

How Long Are The Workouts?

Our Small Group Personal Training workouts are 30 minutes of killer, high-intensity exercises. All other fitness classes at the gym are between 30-60 minutes. The “at home” and “on the go” workouts last around 15-20 minutes.

What Does It Cost?

Small Group Personal Training costs half what normal personal training does, and in some cases even less than regular group classes at other gyms. Your total monthly cost is $180 for the package described above. There will never be more than 5 people in a group slot and you will still get the same great accountability and benefits.
