Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer
Although I enjoyed an active childhood, I didn’t really start working out until later in life. After having my third child in 2009, I found a love for mixed martial arts and fitness. As I trained and learned more, I experienced a dynamic shift in my overall health and attitude for life. I became certified and for the last four years have enjoyed helping others professionally and personally to do the same. It is genuinely a hope of mine that everyone should be able to experience the benefits of a healthy diet, a balanced mind and active lifestyle, no matter what level they are or what stage of life they’re in.
My past experience includes teaching classes for Senior citizens, beginner level total body workouts, and I have worked with clients on a one to one basis with limited functional capacity as well as prenatal fitness care. I also have taught small group classes for businesses, beginner Self Defense, youth martial arts and speed and agility, and kickboxing fitness.
My favorite workouts combine the both the TRX and Kickboxing and I love essential oils and making my own consumables like body wash and baby wipes with them. I also use them in the kitchen!
