New Members Start by signing up online.

We are transitioning to a new gym software called "Gym Master". If you are a new member start by joining through our website. Click the "More" tab, then select "Memberships". Once you have selected your membership and signed up, follow the steps below to log into your account through the Gym Master App.

Download The App
Search for "Gym Master Member" on your app store and download it.
Sign In
Use your membership email and the password you created when you signed up. This should log you in. If not, hit, "Get My Log In". This will bring up a place to enter your email address and send you your log in details.
Add membership Photo
Make sure to add a photo of yourself.
Book your first class
Take a look at our schedule and book your first class through the app. Now you are ready to go!

Current Members tutorial

We are upgrading everything about our membership at both locations. However, due to some technical processes there are a couple steps to transfer your membership to our new software. This will be necessary for you to take advantage of upcoming upgrades like 24/7 access, our in app store and class reservations. However, this will be completely FREE for you, seamless, and an upgrade in every way.
Fill out the transfer form, we will do the rest.

We know change is hard for people, your schedule is busy already and you don't need to add one more stressor to it. To help with this, we will do all the leg work. Fill out the transfer form, and we will handle the rest.

Download the new app for members.

Go to your respective app store and search for "Gym Master Member". Once downloaded, use your email and password to log in.

Add a photo and book your first class.

Add a member photo and then book your first class through the app. It's simple and intuitive.

Why are we moving to Gym Master?

This is the software Dad and I have used since 2016. It's tried and tested with great features. The other software's we have tried all turned out to be much more trouble than they were worth. This is the last switch we will preform. Once everyone is on this software, we will not be switching again.

What happened to Glofox?

Glofox, despite promising a smooth transition and superb customer support, did not deliver that. We had more problems than ever with the transition. To provide the best gym experience we can, this switch is necessary.  

Will I be charged twice during this transition?

No. We have worked very hard to set up a foundation for a smooth transition. If there are any problems or errors, we will, of course, fix them ASAP.

What will change with this new app?

This will allow us to finish our upgrade to 24/7 access, which is the most requested upgrade for the gym. This will also allow us to track the effectiveness of classes better, add a pro shop you can access from your phone app, have better communication, and more.

Will I have to check into the gym when I come?

Yes, it will take about 5 seconds and be located at the front desk. You will scan the code on your app homepage.

Will I have to sign up for classes before I come to one?

Yes and no. Yes, eventually, we will ask as many people as possible to sign up for classes before they come. This is simple, takes about 15 seconds, and gives the instructor much more information on how to plan classes. No, this will not be a requirement, only a strong suggestion.

Will my membership prices go up?

No. Dad and I are committed to improving the gym while keeping our promise that existing members will never have a price increase. However, this is expensive and very time-consuming. We would love it if you guys spread the word about how awesome the gym is and partner with us to grow the gym. You can do this by inviting your friends, leaving positive reviews on Google for both locations and checking in.
