Stronger together. Beyond the gym.

Edge in the community

Helping our neighbors live healthy, fit, and secure lives goes beyond what happens on our gym floors. We support local causes, collect practical essentials, and share skills that help people care for themselves and their families.

Moving together for a cause

All Mounds Matter 5K Run/Walk

This Kernersville community event brings runners, walkers, families, and local businesses together to support Cancer Services. Organized with Savage Roasters, it gives neighbors ways to participate, fundraise, donate, and support people facing cancer.

Edge helps get the community moving: the 2026 race schedule included pre-race stretches led by Edge Fitness.

The 2026 race took place October 4. Check the organizer’s page for future announcements and ways to help.

Healthy and secure lives—for our neighbors

Free community seminars

Several times a year, Edge offers free self-defense and fitness seminars so people can learn useful skills even when regular classes don’t fit their budget or schedule.

Our goal is practical: help more people move with confidence, build healthy habits, and develop skills for personal safety in a welcoming environment.

See individual event listings for dates, ages, equipment, and any registration requirements.
