Araceli Valenzuela

Thai Boxing Instructor | Membership Specialist

For Araceli, martial arts is about far more than learning how to fight—it's about building confidence, discipline, and becoming the best version of yourself. Whether she's coaching a Thai Boxing class or helping a new member find the right program, her passion is helping people grow both on and off the mats.

Her faith is the foundation of everything she does. One of her favorite verses is:

"Praise be to the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle."
— Psalm 144:1

As a competitor, Araceli has established herself as one of the most accomplished Muay Thai athletes in the country. She is a multiple-time WKA and IKF Champion, a USA Team Qualifier, and a Muay Thai World Champion, representing Team USA on the international stage.

Competitive Highlights

• WKA Muay Thai World Champion (Team USA – Spain, 2015)
• 4-Time WKA National Champion
• 3-Time IKF East Coast Champion
• IKF National Champion
• Warriors Cup Full Rules Muay Thai Champion
• Lion Fight Promotions Winner
• Multiple-Time USA Team Qualifier

Today, Araceli brings that same championship mindset into every class she teaches. She believes great coaches do more than teach technique—they mentor, encourage, and invest in the people in front of them. Her classes are known for being welcoming, technical, challenging, and fun, whether you're stepping into a gym for the very first time or preparing for competition.

When she's not coaching Thai Boxing, Araceli serves as our Evening Membership Specialist, helping new members find the program that's right for them and ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed into the Edge family.

Her goal is simple: help every member leave stronger, more confident, and better than when they arrived.
